Terms And Conditions
SERVICES
Services are for ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY and most are not performed by licensed cosmetologists. All products used are non- toxic. Pink Posh Parties owner & employees are not responsible for any injuries or allergic reactions that can or may occur during spa/party services/activities or due to the use of any products, food or costumes during or after the party. It is the responsibility of the guest and/or guests’ parent or guardian to inform us of any specific allergies. Hosting parents assume all responsibility, the risk of all activities is that of the parents, and parents hosting the party.
TRAVEL FEES
We will travel within 20 miles of Mckinney, Texas (75070), free of charge. All locations outside of the 20 mile radius incurs a $50 travel fee up to 40 miles. Please contact us for locations outside of a 40 mile radius.

ARRIVAL TIME
Our staff will arrive to set-up 30 minutes prior to the event start time. Please make sure all guests arrive on time. If any guests are late, we will need to start without them to conclude the party on time.

PARTY RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS
To reserve your party/event date, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is due at time of booking. You will receive a final invoice via email and the remaining balance is due 5 days prior to your party/event date.
CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
We have a no refund policy. If you must reschedule, please do so 5 days prior to your event in order to transfer your deposit. Any events cancelled within the 5 day window will forfeit the deposit.

FINAL PAYMENT FOR PARTIES
Final invoices are emailed and payment is due 5 days prior to your event. Payment can be made through the invoice that will be emailed to you upon booking. If you book a party within 5 days, you must pay your total in full at the time of booking.
GRATUITY
Gratuity/Tipping charges are not required; however, are appreciated for a job well done by our hostesses.

FINAL GUEST COUNT
Your final guest count is due 5 days prior to your party/event with the final payment. We will use this count to determine appropriate quantities for robes, sitting, stations, supplies, etc. and we will charge accordingly for any additional guests in your final invoice.

ATTIRE
Guests must wear clothing under all spa robes.
ALLERGIES OR HEALTH CONCERNS
Parents must make us aware in writing informing us of any allergies or health concerns for any party guests.
CLEANLINESS & SAFETY STANDARDS
We take our staff and clients’ safety seriously. If your child is not well we kindly ask that you reschedule or if a guest for your party is not feeling well we ask that they not attend as to protect everyone in attendance. We adhere to very strict cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards as a standard practice throughout the year. Just in case you’re wondering about our sanitation practices and how we ensure our parties are 100% safe we utilize:
– One-time use disposable implements wherever possible.
– All non-disposable brushes, headbands, towels, linens, and spa robes are cleaned and sanitized after each use.
– Towels and bathrobes are laundered with bleach after each use.
– All products are non-toxic, and hypoallergenic.
– Individual product portions used wherever possible.
– Manicure and pedicure bowls cleansed per health department and industry standards with the highest level of chemo-sterilant.
MUSIC & ENTERTAINMENT
We only play age appropriate music and have age appropriate games for children.
PHOTOS AND VIDEO
We will take lots of photos during the event and may also post a couple to our social media pages and encourage you to share with your family and friends. Unless notified by the client (via email), any pictures taken during the party may be used for marketing to promote Pink Posh Parties.
SEVERE WEATHER CONDITIONS
In case of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, we at Pink Posh Parties reserve the right to reschedule your event. If you choose to cancel your event for any reason, remember your deposit is nonrefundable. We will gladly work with you to reschedule your party (with no changes) for an alternate date.
